Call for Applications - Domain Coordinator

7.4.1.The standard term of office for any elected official is two years. A member may serve consecutive terms in the same office, but must go through the election process each time.

As my term began November 3rd, 2004, in a little under three weeks my first term as DC will conclude.  This means the election process must be run.  I will still be performing my duties as DC during this period.

Applications may be sent to either the VNC or NC, as they will have to run this election.  They should be also looking for at least 2 Proctors as well.

I propose (although they really have final say) that the Application process run from today until October 28th at midnight.  And voting to start October 29th and run until November 4th at midnight.

Any further details will be forthcoming (I expect).

ICC BID

From: Shadowhurst Domain Coordinator <dc_london@hotmail.com >
Date: Jul 21, 2006 11:03 AM
Subject: London ICC 2008 Bid

Attached are the Bid Guidelines document, and the proposal that the Hilton
here in London put together for us.

With a quick perusal, it looks pretty good.  It isn't using Convention
Centre space - we've moved the weekend we were looking at earlier in the
month - as per White Wolf's requirements.

What I need now is solid volunteers to help organize.  People to fill in the
blanks on the Bid Document - people who will be able to put in the time,
effort and focus necessary to bring this to completion.  I'm including the
people in Hamilton in this email because I think they're close enough, and
willing enough to help out on this with us.

Please respond ASAP so we can bring this all together.

Penny Drive

Once again we are starting our penny Drive so if you have any extra pennies we will have a jar at the games.
More info to follow!

Important - CRD info

From July Report: Please follow these directions, as every single member must register himself or herself in the CRD. If you do not have computer access, please contact one of the Coordinator staff and we can make alternate arrangements.

The Camarilla Canada Fan Club is now active within the CRD.

http: //camarilla.white-wolf.com now will bring you to a new location with some new features.

Here's the process...

1) In order to use most services on the new system you will need to link your cam number to your White Wolf account.

To do this, first make sure you have signed up for a White Wolf account at http: //www.white-wolf.com and are able to log into it. Once you have an account go to http: //www.white-wolf.com/camimport.php to link your Cam Number to your account. You will need to know the login password provided to accomplish this. The password format is CCFC (All Caps) cam# (in lowercase, including Country ID) so my password would look like this: CFCca200503002H
If you are a Temporary member, simply replace the H with a T, for everyone else - omit the H completely. Your Login ID is your Camarilla number, with a lowercase country code.

Once you have linked your Cam Account and your White Wolf account, you should be able to access most items on the Camarilla system by logging into your White Wolf account.

2) The old ccdb / member database has been replaced by the CRD. The new link is http: //camarilla.white-wolf.com/crd

3) To log issues against the CRD (or any of the tech services) please use the new bug tracking system, Mantis. It is available by going to http: //camarilla.white-wolf.com/bugs. The login for this is separate from your Camarilla/White Wolf login for 2 reasons: it's a third party piece of software and you can log issues anonymously if you like.

If anyone has any questions, please be sure to log them with Mantis, as I have Developer rights there and will be able to quickly address your concerns.

IC LISTS

hello,
for anyone who would like to get on some IC lists [for any venue] but is unsure how, here are the ways to do so.

Sympa server hosts all our local IC lists [for requiem and changeling at least]
http://lists.camarilla.ca/sympa/
if you are on this mailing list, then you already have a signin for this website. if you don't know your password, just ask it to send you the password, and then you can sign in and change it to one you'll remember.
you can look up the Changleing IC lists, Requiem IC lists for local and for national lists as well from here, as well as.

If you are looking for something a little more Global in aspect go here:
http://cammail.white-wolf.com/mailman/listinfo
there is just about every single venue, clan, covanent, creature etc type of list here. find the one you are looking for and sign up.

a lot of the global lists will require that you submit who your presiding ST and/or Coordinator are.

either get them to send it to the ST specific or to the St list shadowhurst-st@yahoogroups.com and for the DC dc_london@hotmail.com or shadowhurst-c@yahoogroups.com

Just as a reminder, most of the venues do have Netplay and or List play for extra experience you can earn if you submit it.
Changeling has Netplay [either mailing lists, or IRC] max of 1exp per month.
Requiem has Local Lists [1 exp], National/Global lists [1exp], Netplay [IRC or downtime actions for 1exp] for a potential of 3 exp from non-game stuff.
send any requests to shadowhurst-st@yahoogroups.com to claim your netplay by the end/first of the month.

any questions, just ask.
